Dr. Seth Swanson was born in Lincoln, Nebraska, but grew up in Lynden, Washington. His father and grandfather were dentists and inspired him to pursue the field of dentistry.
Dr. Seth has loved combining art and science and helping people out. He attended Western Washington University and graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Dentistry. He then completed a General Practice Residency with advanced education into complex medical histories. After completing his residency, he returned to Bellingham to work at Unity Care Northwest. He has extensive experience with oral surgery and restorative care including taking advanced courses in esthetics and implant placement.
In his free time, Dr. Seth enjoys mountain biking on Galbraith, commuting to work on his bike, and hiking. He and his wife, Kara, enjoy camping and traveling to National Parks with their four children. Being born in Nebraska, Dr. Seth cheers for the Nebraska Cornhuskers during football season!
